Toshiba Super MMS system is operating since June 2005 in Palazzo Caffarelli, which is part of the prestigious Musei Capitolini in Rome Super MMS. Cooling capacity 14 HP; outdoor unit on the roof top of the museum; indoor units: 1-Way Cassette and Concealed Consoles.

There are 6 buildings, 90,000 square meters, the total cooling capacity reaches 4546HP. For Toshiba this is the biggest office building project with VRF in China. No installation mistakes were made with the wiring or pipe work on the whole 141 systems.
Toshiba SHRM, 3-pipe VRF system with heat recuperation, was installed in offices of large French station Pôle Gare. Cooling capacity is 370 НР, more than 1 MW!
Marriott Grand Hotel is one of the best and most prestigious hotels of Moscow. In 2007 Toshiba has installes Toshiba SMMS VRF-system providing ideal comfort in banquet room, conference halls, and also in hotel suits.
Sophia University is located in the center of the Capital Tokyo. Toshiba Super MMS maintains the individual temperature demands of each laboratory. Attention was concentrated on energy saving.
Several Toshiba SMMS systems have been installed on imposing many-storied Government House in Baku. The Toshiba VRF equipment on this project delivers 3,8 MW of cooling (1340 НР).
The building of Duma of Tyumen is air conditioned by Toshiba SMMS with total capacity 310 НР (870 kW). Despite the difficulties concerned with old building and low ceilings, VRF system has been installed and started into operation without a break in activity of the city administration.
Technical centre of the broadcasting company “Ostankino” is the first-rate one in Russia. Toshiba Super MMS (total capacity 84 kW) with central control has been designed and installed in this building.
When launched in 1843, "Great Britain" was by far the largest vessel afloat. Now it is a museum ship necessity of technologically advanced air conditioning solution that do not detract from the historic ambiance. 18HP SMMS, 12x Floor Standing Units and 6HP MiNi-SMMS systems have been installed by Toshiba.
Housing Estate, Russia
The modern housing estate in Nizhni Novgorod features powerful Toshiba VRF systems (722 kW). Indoor units types and capacities will be chosen freely by the flat’s owners after purchase. Energy monitoring and central control function are realized using Toshiba Complaint Manager controller.
Cathedral is a Brick Gothic style building in Kaliningrad. Today, the cathedral has two chapels, as well as a museum. The low noise level was a general requirement of the customer. Toshiba air conditioning system cools the choir part of the cathedral.
The prestigious hotel in the very center of Moscow has been equipped with Toshiba SMMS (40 HP). Power consumption of the air conditioning system was strongly restricted, Toshiba VRF was chosen due to its extremely high energy efficiency
This object is located in the historical central part of Saint Petersburg. Installation of Toshiba SMMS (185 kW) started after reconstruction of the building and opening of the shopping centre. Installation carried out without stoppage of centre’s work. System is connected to BMS using LonWorks network.
Television and radio broadcasting company “TRK 5th Channel” have been working in Saint-Petersburg since 1938, it is situated in a very old building. Air conditioning system must be very compact, silent and not interfere with TV and radio equipment operation.
SberBank is the oldest bank of Russia working since 1841, with more than 19,000 branch offices. Toshiba SMMS system creates a comfort climate for SberBank's staff and clients in the old historical building in Magnitogorsk.
Credit Ural Bank is one of the first-rate credit banks in Ural region of Russia. Quiet and compact Toshiba VRF systems with the capacity 120HP (336 kW) were installed in several Credit Ural Bank branches.
"Arkaim Plaza" is the largest business centre in Ural region of Russia. Several Toshiba VRF-systems were installed there stage by stage within 6 years, including MMS (R407), MMS (R22), SMMS (R410). Digital Inverter air conditioners cool server rooms. Total capacity of all Toshiba systems is more than 850 HP.
The cottage is situated in elite settlement near Moscow. The customer aspired to install the very up-to-date and prestigious air conditioning system. Toshiba Super MMS (54 HP) features computer monitoring system connectable to BMS system.

All the sales area and backrooms of a three-storyed building are conditioned by VRF-systems Toshiba SMMS with the total capacity of 40 НР (112 kW).

El Blat Hotel is located in Baga, pre-Pyrenees, near Barcelona. Toshiba Super MMS operates in hotel since 2007.
Appart City Hotel is located in the city center of Bordeaux. The apartments are conditioned using Toshiba S-MMS systems with total capacity 400 kW (142 НР) in 2007. The same system was recently installed in Appart City Hotel in Toulouse, France.
Toshiba Mini SMMS systems were installed in each building of the Almond Hill district in Turkey's capital Istanbul. The overall capacity of all mini-VRF systems is about 11 MW (3900 НР)!
VRF-systems Toshiba Super MMS with total capacity 600 kW. It was a first in China air conditioning system equipped with Touch controller, control panel with energy consumption monitoring.
